Strategy consulting for social-impact organizations. Led a five-person team on the CHIRLA engagement (modular donor impact decks, a donor-mapping database, and data-standardization recommendations) and consulted on a go-to-market and pricing strategy for Homeboy Industries’ hydroponic farm. Also recruited and lead a new-member cohort for the club.

Apply180 Designed and shipped the chapter’s end-to-end recruitment platform, now managing 500+ applicants across blind review, interviews, team cases, deliberation, decisions, and communications. Built fairness and privacy rules into the system itself rather than relying on manual process compliance.
What I learned: nonprofits don’t need more ideas; they need workflows that survive a busy Tuesday.
